Who or what is Adcom?
Adcom is a creative training institute that uses artwork tracing as a method of learning. This is not something new or unheard of.
But Adcom has gone beyond the pale by using traced works in their advertising.
What exactly has happened?
As a fellow artist, I know that plagiarism above everything is a serious crime. Not the first time, since I once saw the one of them pasted all over Kelana billboard about two years ago :/ Shame on you, really, Adcom, and your horrendous PR handling. I’m appalled by the way how you responded to the problem, what more the lack of common sense in advertising with a “training piece based on a professional’s piece”, which in truth, should not even be put up for commercial purposes in the first place. FOR SHAME.
